It is that time of year again, all Woodgate neighbors. As the outgoing WNA’s Membership Chairman I am reminding you that it is time to submit the $25 Annual Dues for the 2025 year. You can send in your payment by check to to Woodgate Neighborhood Association, P.O. Box 13451, Tallahassee, Florida 32317-3451. You can also pay by Venmo using the QR code below or the Venmo payment app. If you use Venmo, make sure to note your name and address in the “what’s this for” box so it can be properly applied to your residence address.

Woodgate is a great neighborhood with a beautiful and welcoming front entrance island and numerous neighborhood activities throughout the year that are funded solely by residents paying their annual dues. The small $25 yearly fee is more than made up for by maximizing your Woodgate home’s value and desirability.

Residents are encouraged, if they got a reminder notice, to send their dues in promptly to Woodgate Neighborhood Association, P.O. Box 13451, Tallahassee, Florida 32317-3451 or by scanning the VENMO QR code.

 How to Make Payments to Woodgate Neighborhood Association:

1.     Return to the Venmo home page. To do so, tap ☰, then tap Home near the top of the menu.

2.     Tap the "Pay/Request" icon. It's a square with a pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Venmo screen.

3.     Type in your recipient's Venmo username, email, or phone number.

4.     You can then add @WoodgatePayments (Woodgate Neighborhood Association) as a friend. It has a color photo of the Woodgate sign from the Thomasville Road entrance.

5.     Type in an amount. You should see the corresponding dollar amount appear as you type.

6.     Add a note to the transaction. To do so, tap the "What's it for?" field below the payment area.

7.     Please include your name and address for membership committee records when making a payment to the Woodgate Neighborhood Association.

8.     If you are making a donation for a specific purpose, event, or purchase, please also indicate that in your memo field.

9.     Tap Pay or Request again when prompted. Doing so will send your payment or request for payment to your selected recipient.

10.  If you have synced your Venmo to your email address, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your transaction.
